Among the other adult classes, Dr. Sampson conducts a Sunday School Class. This class is studying "Five Practices of Fruitful Congregations". The class meets at 9:55am in the Chapel Building.

Also, you may want to join the Pastor in a Wednesday night Bible Class - "The Greatest Stories of the Bible". Presently the class is looking at the "Book of Job". The class meets in the Chapel Building immediately after Wednesday Night Supper.

There are recycling containers in the Fellowship Halls of both buildings. The following items may be placed in the containers for recycling: plastic bottles, milk jugs, and aluminum cans.

Bethel Outreach Bunch
The BOB'S will meet on Saturday, June 5 for a workday. We have work scheduled at several homes so grab your gloves, rakes, clippers, etc... and come join us for a day of great fellowship. We will meet in the Bethel parking lot at 8:30am.


Beans & Rice Sunday
September 13
The second Sunday of each month we will collect beans and rice to distribute to the Ric-Rac. You may bring in your beans and rice and leave it at the altar.

There are bags available in the fellowship area and they include a list of food items needed. This is to add to the Ric Racks Food Pantry for those families in need during the time when school is not in session. The Food will be distributed in June and July.

Bethel’s Preschool is now accepting enrollment for the 2010-2011 school year for those currently enrolled or attend Bethel. If you have a 2-4 year old and would like to have them in our program you may contact bnewman@bethelumc.net.

Financial Peace University (FPU) is a 13-week video curriculum taught by financial expert Dave Ramsey, that incorporates small-group discussions to encourage accountability and discipleship.  More than one million families have already attended FPU and changed their lives forever!

This course is easy to facilitate and there is no certification required to deliver it. Dave does all the teaching via video with volunteers from your church leading the discussion after the videos.
